WPMooSnow a plugin makes snowing on your blog
Winter is almost there
It is becoming colder in late autumn and we all are trying to warm ourself as best we can. Wa all but one guy who thinks that a little snow on our blog could be more fun ! This man make a Mootools script making snowing on your blog easily.
Actually it’s not one single man I’m talking about but 2. The first one created the script and an other one made it work on WordPress easier. You can see a demonstration on Rula relativa’s blog post (hit the demo link). And download it on the same page.
Don’t like Mootools ? Do you prefer jQuery ?
No problem ! Rularelativa knew you didn’t like Mootools and made a jQuery version. You can see the demo and download the script on the blog post.
How to install
- Unzip the .zip file
- Upload the directory wpmoosnow to the plugins directory ”/ wp-content/plugins /”.
- Activate the plugin from the “Plugins” Wordpress administration.
- Now you can change the options from the menu WpMooSnow that appears in the Options menu.
- The most important option is the “container which displays any snowflake”, which will have to insert the ID of the layer you want to appears snow effect. If you don’t indicate anything in the ID field it is automatically displayed on the web, so this is the recommended option if you do not understand this point. If you have any questions about this write a comment on Rula Relativa blog post.
- Other options can stay as they are, but if you feel like you can tinker and configure to your liking the effect of the snowflakes.
- Select if you use Mootools or JQuery.
